It’s been almost a year since my last post. What a year it has been. I hope that you are all well and learning to survive the challenges that have come your way.

Below is a list of resources for vaccinations. If you are eligible, please go get a vaccine. If you are vaccine hesitant or vaccine deliberating, please do the research and learn more about the vaccine. Also talk to a trusted health care provider to get your questions answered. If you have elders in your life who may have difficulty navigating this process, please help them. We are not all in the same boat, but we are all in the same storm.
